Communications & Advocacy With Healthcare Providers

Last Updated: Wednesday, March 25, 2015

Once you choose a doctor and treatment location, you will need to be in constant contact with your provider to insure that the proper documentation is delivered in a timely fashion, appointments are received promptly, and any and all questions you have are answered adequately and in a timely fashion.

The administrative work of ordering records, filling out forms, and setting up preliminary testing can take hours that you may not have or care to spend. You may want someone to accompany you to appointments to take notes and translate the often confusing medical jargon that comes your way.

While undergoing treatment, you may have questions or concerns about what is happening and what certain results or physical reactions mean. It can be hard for patients to collect their thoughts and communicate them clearly to their doctors.

At AM Healthcare Consultants, we are here to help this process proceed as smoothly as possible. We will handle the administrative aspects of your healthcare for you and serve as your advocate to make sure that your questions are answered and your concerns addressed.

Everyone has the right to full disclosure and satisfaction with the manner in which their healthcare is delivered. We are here to help you achieve those goals.
